Our Staff

Brandon Lumber Company was one of the first businesses in Brandon in 1878, and is the only business still operating at its original location. Wendell and Betty Ames purchased Brandon Lumber Yard form Al Watke in Feb., 1967. Over the next few years, with all the family members helping, they were able to rebuild the buildings, purchase new equipment, and more employees were added. Today, the Brandon Lumber Company is still a family-owned business.
